During winter season its a bliss to find coriander leaves growing at your home, as they are organic and they have real aroma, not like market’s coriander keaves which are not very tasty and the aroma is less.
Indian cuisine have many chutneys , and we call it dhania or dhone in Bengali, ‘Dhone pata ‘ means coriander leaves and we try yo put it in many varied dishes. From the lockdown I was staying at my hometown , so it was the best time to do gardening and those leaves are my favorite. You can make crisky pakora or bora from it, make chutney or simple put it in your curry , it will enhance its taste.
